Fratelli - Westboro

We opened Fratelli in the fall of 1996 in an effort to emulate the best of our families great Italian tradition of hospitality and quality at the table and in the glass. The philosophy was very simple. Use the best local ingredients as simply as possible and serve them with flourish and joy as our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents have done for decades in Italy and now as we do in our great city. As a Tuscan cooks in Chianti, a Calabrese in Camigliatelo, at Fratelli we cook as an Italian does to preserve decades of family tradition.
